Forbes Releases “Caucus Papers” to Highlight Challenges and Opportunities in
U.S.-China Relationship

Washington, D.C., Feb 8th, 2011
Congressman J. Randy Forbes (VA-04) today released “The Caucus Papers,” a
booklet designed to be a clearinghouse of information to assist policy makers
and interested individuals in understanding the issues facing the United States
in its relationships with China. Congressman Forbes is Chairman of the
Congressional China Caucus.

The Congressional China Caucus is an official caucus of the United States
Congress. It was established in 2005 with the purpose of regularly investigating
China’s global reach and the consequences of its growing international,
economic, and political influence on U.S. interests. Information on the Caucus
