Mark Lloyd, the new FCC diversity czar correctly pointed out that Hugo Chavez and his first attempt at revolution failed because of freedom of speech.
Some quotes from our new FCC diversity czar, Mark Lloyd:
"Affirmative action largely benefitted white women and that restrictions on affirmative action in the Nineties were driven by a feeling that blacks had already gotten enough"
"To get to diversity, we must ask ourselves, who is going to step down so someone else can have the power?"
"There are a few things that I think are more frightening in the American mind than dark skinned black men. Here I am!"
"What we're really saying is the Fairness Doctrine isn't enough."
