The Threat of a Global Caliphate is Real

A number of Islamist political parties and Jihadist guerrilla groups have called for the restoration of the Caliphate by uniting Muslim nations, either through political action or by force.

Various Islamist movements have gained momentum in recent years with the ultimate aim of establishing a Caliphate; however, they differ in their methodology and approach. Some are locally oriented, mainstream political parties that have no apparent transnational objectives.

Al-Qaeda chiefs revealed world domination design in 2005, under which, in what they call "Phase five" there will be "an Islamic state, or caliphate."

Abul Ala Maududi believed the caliph was not just an individual ruler who had to be restored, but was man's representation of God's authority on earth:

Khilafa means representative. Man, according to Islam is the representative of "people", His (God's) viceregent; that is to say, by virtue of the powers delegated to him, and within the limits prescribed by the Qu'ran and the teaching of the prophet, the caliph is required to exercise Divine authority.

The Muslim Brotherhood advocates pan-Islamic unity and implementing Islamic law, it is the largest and most influential Islamic group in the world, and its offshoots form the largest opposition parties in most Arab governments. Founder Hassan al-Banna wrote about the restoration of the Caliphate.

A document that was entered into evidence in the 2008 United States v. Holy Land Foundation terrorist finance trial was titled "An Explanatory Memorandum On the General Strategic Goal for the Group In North America. It was written in 1991 by Mohamed Akram, a senior Hamas leader in the U.S. and a member of the Board of Directors for the Muslim Brotherhood in North America (also known as the Ikhwan). Strategic goals number 6 was: "supporting the establishment of the global Islamic State wherever it is". The Memorandum explains "settlement process" as a "grand jihad" eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated…." Author Robert Spencer has characterized this process as “stealth jihad.”

One transnational group whose ideology is based specifically on restoring the caliphate as a pan-Islamic state is Hizb ut-Tahrir (literally: "party of liberation"). It is particularly strong in Central Asia and Europe is and growing in strength in the Arab world. It is based on the claim that Muslims can prove that God exists and that the Qur'an is the word of God. Hizb-Ut-Tahrir's stated strategy is a non-violent political and intellectual struggle.

Global Jihad

One of the clearly stated goals of the jihadist group al-Qaeda is the re-establishment of a caliphate. Bin Laden has called for Muslims to "establish the righteous caliphate of our umma." Al Qaeda recently named its Internet newscast from Iraq "The Voice of the Caliphate." According to author Lawrence Wright, Ayman al-Zawahiri (Bin Laden's mentor and Al-Qaida No.2 in command), once "sought to restore the caliphate...which had formally ended in 1924 following the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire but which had not exercised real power since the thirteenth century. Once caliphate was established, Zawahiri believed, Egypt would become a rallying point for the rest of the Islamic world, leading the jihad against the West. "Then history would make a new turn, God willing," Zawahiri later wrote, "in the opposite direction against the empire of the United States and the world’s Jewish government."

Opposition

Scholar Olivier Roy writes that "early on, Islamists replace the concept of the caliphate ... with that of the amir." There were a number of reasons including "that according to the classical authors, a caliph must be a member of the tribe of the Prophet (the Quraysh) ... moreover, caliphs ruled societies that the Islamists do not consider to have been Islamic (the Ottoman Empire)." This is not the view of the majority of Islamist groups, as both the Muslim Brotherhood (the largest) and Hizb ut-Tahrir view the Ottoman state as a caliphate.)

“Fall of Capitalism, Rise of Islam” Khilafa Conference is back!

July 12, 2009 by paulrevere2

July 19th is the date, and the Chicago Hilton is the place.

Yep, championing treason against the US, right under our noses, under the all protective clause of “freedom of speech.” Do you know the exception? Yes, the free speech clause has an exception (according to the Supreme Court): the threat of imminent violence.

Go to www.TheReligionOfPeace.com and let me know if a conference that proudly espouses the fall of capitalism – the US way of life – to be an imminent violent threat. Perhaps ACT should get some cameras in there, and we can just sue them for treason and have them imprisoned, executed, or deported.

I was tempted to say at this point, “if you don’t like the United States, then you should just leave.” But that is the point you need to get here: the idea of a caliphate (Islamic rulership) is a worldwide idea, and that includes plans for you to eventually submit to Islam.

Full story here: http://www.investigativeproject.org/1088/pro-terror-group-to-meet-in-chicago-suburb

Care to call the Hilton? I’m not sure which Hilton hotel will welcome the treason conference but the Chicago Hilton main site is here: http://www.hiltonfamilychicago.com/   and contact info is here:

http://www.hiltonfamilychicago.com/contact.aspx

If you find out, post a reply here, and I’ll get that info out front and center so everyone can voice their opinion that this conference is not welcome anywhere in the United States.

Thanks to www.WeazelZippers.net/blog for the heads up. As a matter of fact you should visit Zip’s site (caution: profanity) for some of the most rediculous news you’ve ever heard (this date July 11, 2009), including an Afghan law that now allows men to starve their wives if they don’t have sex with them. Yes! It’s true! Now get you’re tolerance out, and don’t be bigoted, after all this is only another one of the worlds “great” religions with a religious mandate to convert, submit, or kill unbelivers worldwide … it’s in their holy writings hundreds of times.

Yes we are back !!!

The Khilafa state was abolished in 1924 ,march 23,
we stand to protect our calture as you stand to protect your calture ,We have our way of life and you have your way ,so way worrey.

We are against none ,yet you kill our people every where ,Iraq,Afghanistan,Sudan and the list is endless.

You force nations to follow your way of life, interfear with our governments, change regims against the will of the people ,support dictators in our countries,Is this the civilisation your proud of.

Dialogue can heal more than what you write and preach blood in this website.

Thanks Badar.
It’s clear that you’re toting the CAIR lines perfectly.
The Qur’an has ongoing mandates to kill infidels, the bible does not. The Qur’an has a political system (sharia) that mandates subjugation of all things that are not of Islam. Democracy does not.
This whole “we are against none” thing is just not TRUE.
I don’t preach blood: but I want every westerner to be aware of the TRUTH of what Islam teaches – by it’s own writings (and not by the “peaceful” propaganda pushed by those who wish to subvert our government by using our own democracy against us).
And this whole thing about “protect our culture” is a farce too. Everything in Islam is framed as “defensive” so there is always a reason to attack non-muslims. If you love “your culture” so much, there are several countries in the world (Iran, Saudi Arabia) that do a pretty good job of it. But the US is not an islamic country, and since sharia and democracy are incompatible, there are going to be issues as Muslims force westerners to change to accomodate them.
Readers: check out http://www.citizenwarrior.com/2009/05/terrifying-brilliance-of-islam.html to see how pervasive the Muslim mindset is using principles from the Qur’an and the Hadiths.
Readers: check out http://www.TheReligionOfPeace.com. These thousands of terrorist acts are perpetrated by people who quote the Qur’an as they do it.
Readers: check out http://www.ProphetOfDoom.net to see what Allah dictated to Mohammed … in the exact words of the Qur’an.
Badar, I do believe there are peaceful muslims, and you are probably one of them! Congratulations! But there is no peaceful islam, and any honest Muslim has to admit that.
I wish you only the best.
Consider this site too: http://www.PaulRevere2.wordpress.com a few comparisons for thought.

paulrevere2

Oh, one other thing, “dialoge” in the Islamic battle of ideas has a related theme called Hudna. It means “peace, for a TIME.” Mohammed used this tactic (in the Qur’an, I’m sure you’ve read), to gear up, restock his weapons, and annihilate his enemies.
Anyone that TRULY desires to follow the ways of the Prophet (al insal al kamil “the perfect man”) needs to use this tactic to make sure that Islam dominates.

I wish I believed that dialogue would work, but the Qur’an says NOT to barter with infidels.

Your own Qur’an says that dialogue with kuffars is not permitted.

Perhaps you wish to attain peace by not following the Qur’an?

I would like to see dialogue work. But unfortunately for us in dar al-harb, that can only be done with leaders of Islamic countries who don’t follow the Qur’an closely.

Again: http://www.PaulRevere2.com for some comparisons.

I wish you the best!!

Editorial Reviews

Product Description

"“The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam” provides a critical analysis of the current financial crisis in the US and the world at large. The collapse of financial institutions, the crash of the housing market, the evaporation of trillions of dollars, the creation of virtual unreal wealth, and the decline of productivity are symptoms of the potential failure of the ideology of capitalism. This failure has serious impact on the life quality of billions of people around the world. This book predicts a potential crash and collapse of the world order under the pressure of a failing capitalism.
The book makes an account of another global phenomenon, namely the second rise of Islam. The rise of Islam, similar to the first one which lasted for thirteen hundred years, is a comprehensive rise which brings up the economic system together with the political system, and the moral system together with the legal system. It is being sought to introduce to the world a system full of justice, fairness, and geared toward productivity and human righteousness. The rise of Islam is argued to be in the best interest of the human societies around the world, and that the propagated fear of this rise is unfounded.
The book provides a description of the economic system and the political economy of Islam. The Islamic political economy integrates several mechanisms for natural distribution of wealth, while it maintains a high level of productivity through the inhibition of usury, hoarding, and exploitation.
“The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam” makes extensive references to a score of historians, scholars, and scientists who provide a fair testimony of the Islamic civilization and the ideology of Islam.

How soon we forget...

"It (Islam) is the only religion which appears to me to possess that assimilating capacity to the changing phase of existence which can make itself appeal to every age. I have studied him – the wonderful man (Muhammad) and in my opinion far from being an anti-Christ, he must be called the Saviour of Humanity. I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world, he would succeed in solving its problems in a way that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness: I have prophesied about the faith of Muhammad that it would be acceptable to the Europe of tomorrow as it is beginning to be acceptable to the Europe of today."

- George Bernard Shaw

"If any religion had the chance of ruling over England, nay Europe within the next hundred years, it could be Islam"

- George Bernard Shaw

"They talk about wanting to reestablish what you can refer to as the seventh-century caliphate, to be governed by Shariah Law, the most rigid interpretation of the Quran."

- Dick Cheney

"Iraq’s future will either embolden terrorists and expand their reach and ability to reestablish a caliphate, or it will deal them a cripping blow for us. Failure in Iraq is just not an option."

- Eric Edellman, U.S. Under Secretary of Defense

"They will try to reestablish a caliphate throughout the entire Muslim world…We need to learn what these people intend to do from their own words."

- General John Abizaid

"The Militants believe that controlling one countrywill rally the Muslim Masses enabling them to overthrow all moderate governments in the region, and establish a radical Islamic empire that spans from Spain to Indonesia."

- George W. Bush

"They hope to establish a violent political utopia across the Middle East, which they call a 'Caliphate' -- where all would be ruled according to their hateful ideology. ... This caliphate would be a totalitarian Islamic empire encompassing all current and former Muslim lands, stretching from Europe to North Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia."

- George Bush

"Islamic Radicals seek to take over governments from North America to South Asia and to re-establish a caliphate. They hope one day will include every continent. They have designed and distributed a map where national borders are raised and replaced by a global extremist Islamic empire."

- Donald Rumsfeld

"Iraq would serve as the base of a new Islamic caliphate to extend throughout the Middle East, and which would threaten legitimate governments in Europe, Africa and Asia."

- Donald Rumsfeld

"Their goal is to get the US out of the region and come to power in the Islamic countries of the region. From there their goal is to establish a Caliphate (under a single Islamic ruler) that goes from the Atlantic in North Africa to Indonesia in the Pacific. Fifty years after this happens their goal is to rule the rest of the world."

- General John Abizaid

"If we enhance the recruiting of this jihadist cause, there will be an attempt to re-establish the (Islamic) caliphate, the caliphate that twice has gone all the way across the Pyrenees, up to the gates of Vienna and been turned back twice. I am concerned that it will be difficult for Europe to stand and that you will have a reestablished caliphate sitting on 58 percent of the world’s oil."

- Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin
