5b. Materials Provieded to Sequestered News or posted on Sequesterednews.com. Any materials, including but not limited to images, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or other information, provided by you in the form of e-mail, inputting, uploads or submissions to Sequesterednews.com, or postings on this site, are non-confidential (subject to your express confirmation of confidentiality and to Sequesterednews.com's Privacy Policy) and shall become the sole property of Sequestered News. Sequestered News shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you and may publish your name in connection with your submission. 15. Assignment. Sequestered News may assign its rights and duties under the General Terms to any party at any time without notice to you. Your rights and duties under the General Terms are not assignable by you without consent of Sequestered News.

16. Termination. Sequestered News may terminate your use or rights to access to any or all portions of Sequesterednews.com and the Materials for any reason or no reason at all. Paragraphs 4-16 and any section which by its terms and nature are meant to survive termination of the General Terms, shall survive its termination.
